Q2: You are factory OR trading ?

A: We are manufacturer and trading combination for qi wireless chargers, true wireless stereo earbuds, bluetooth earphones, headsets. We have our own R & D team  and  QC team, mainly push private unique mould products to global markets.

Q3: Can you do ODM desgin and put our Logo for us ?

A: Sure, as long as you could meet our relevant MOQ,  customized design for the chipset solution, product mould, packaging, etc. All available, and the Logo sure thing, please share your thoughts with us.

Q4: What about your lead time ?

A: 1) Approx 21-35 days after deposit confirmed and artwork approval for bulk orders, it depends on the specific items as well.

    2) Approx 3-5 days for sampling.

Q5: Warranty and RMA policy ?

A: All of our products will be with 12 months warranty. Let's discuss the details about RMA, and product care service.

Q6: Can you accept small orders ?

A: Yes, welcome small trial orders. But go with neutral packaging OR our brand's packaging, otherwise  additional cost for OEM packaging.

Q7: Free samples or not ?

A:  It depends. Usually , we charge samples, sample fee can be refunded against your official PO. Please let us discuss details if FOC sample requested.
