l Protection for charge and dis-charge
If the PCB board you use has a poor design, power management IC with no amp current limit and voltage limit, without any protection, the plastic shell or circuit board of the charging box or earphone is likely to melt or burn out, due to the high heat generated when charging.
In addition, the cheap poor IC on the PCB board may lead to over-discharge, the charging box may be easily powered off after a few days, even if it is fully charged.
2, Antenna of the earbuds
The antenna is one of the important functional parts of the TWS headset to achieve wireless connection. The antenna determines the communication indicators such as communication quality, signal power, signal bandwidth, connection speed, etc., and is an important front-end equipment of the communication system.
If the cheap chips or antennas are used, the signal will be weak, and this will lead to intermittent disconnections with your mobile phone when running sports, or in subway, bus station, big party which has mass gatherings. Also the un-expected noises will be unavoidable.
3, Battery:
The battery in the wireless charging box is usually a single-cell lithium battery. Power meter and secondary protection IC components have been included to ensure more reliable operation of the battery. The power supply of a single-cell lithium battery is mainly divided into two parts: one is boosted to 5V to charge the earbuds, and the other part is boosted to 3V and below to power the MCU, sensor, etc. in the charging case.
Usually, there’re separate protective pcbas for the batteries in charging case and earbuds also to ensure the battery life, this is related to product life, so this is very important for tws wireless earbuds.
4, Speaker of the earbuds:
The headphones can have good sound quality if built-in high-quality speakers, but there are many factors that affect the sound quality.
Voice coil and speaker diaphragm are the most critical components in speaker. The voice coil connected to the speaker diaphragm uses different types of materials, and this lead to different effects on the sound quality. For example, cheap ordinary copper wire is only suitable for transmitting low-frequency and intermediate-frequency signals, and its surface is suitable for transmitting high-frequency signals. Uneven transmission will affect the sound quality.
