Sample Test Tips for X363

If you get 2 pcs of samples, please test separately, and do not mix the earbuds of the 2 pcs of samples.

Please read the user manual carefully before test.

Usually, the Bluetooth connections will be in a subtle difference by different phones because of the different Bluetooth versions, such as iPhone, Android phones.

If any Bluetooth connection problems, the usual ways to solve it:

l  Step 1: Delete all connections paired previously in your phones, via “UNPAIR”, “Forget This Device”, etc., and switch the Bluetooth on/off, Then try again. If still failed, try the step 2.

l  Step 2: Put the 2 pcs of earbuds back into the charging case, close the cover till the indicator light up on L&R , then open the cover, try the connection again. If still failed, try step 3.

l  Step 3: Manually power off the 2 pcs of earbuds separately [hold the multi-function button for 8 seconds], then put the 2 pcs of earbuds back into the charging case, close the cover till the indicator light up on L&R , then open the cover, try the connection again.

Note: usually the step 1, 2 , 3 can solve most connection related problems. Please try more times or restart your Bluetooth device, and wait seconds for your each operation in case of any mis-operations.  If still failed, try step 4.

l  Step 4: Get another Bluetooth device to try the connection. (such as switch to iPhone, or Android device). If still failed, please try step 5.

   l  Step 5: Reset the earbuds, follow the instructions in user manual.

Other Common Tips for Bluetooth Device

1.      Please try to keep away from the strong Wifi Source;

2.      Please try to turn on the Bluetooth function of ONLY ONE device during your test.

3.      When you switch the Bluetooth connection from Android phone to Apple device, it may cause connection error when connecting with Apple device. You need to RESET the earbuds to factory default, and then try the connection with Apple device again.

4.      We can change the Definition of the Multi-function Key, and other indicator status in mass production upon certain quantities.
